Wrong profile information

I noticed that we have some wrong information on some of our profiles. I work at Retail Concepts nv, this is the parent company for A.S.Adventure and Juttu.

Our A.S.Adventure profile is correct, but we do have some issues with our Juttu and Retail Concepts nv profiles.

At the moment the website linked to the Juttu profile is http://www.yaya.be which is not correct, it should be http://www.juttu.be. The website linked to our Retail Concepts nv profile is http://www.juttu.be which is not correct. But I think a mistake was made and the business profile of NV Retail Concepts should have been added the title of Juttu.

Is there a possibility to set this up correctly?

Thank you for reaching out to our customer support team. To make the necessary changes, please follow the steps below.
To make changes for the company:

  1. Log in to your dashboard using your account credentials.
  2. On the top right corner of the screen, you will see the account owner’s name. Click on it.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select “Company.” A tab will appear, allowing you to modify the company details.
  4. Here, you can update the website link for Retail Concepts nv

To make changes specifically for webshops:

  1. On the top left corner of the screen, you will find the name of the webshop. Click on it.
  2. You will see a list of your webshops. Choose the webshop for which you want to make changes.
  3. Select the “Profile” tab.
  4. Click on the “Appearance” tab, where you can update the website name
  5. Please repeat these steps for each webshop profile you wish to modify.
