I’m interested in your Pro rate.

I was wondering if it’s possible to take over my amount of reviews that I have on trustpilot.com.

Hi Giuseppe,

Thanks for your interest in our Pro package! It is possible to add Trustpilot as an external source to your account. You can do this by logging into the Trustprofile Dashboard > Ratings > External sources.

If your Trustpilot page is deleted, you can request a csv export file from Trustpilot, so you don’t lose your reviews. We can then import the reviews from the file.
